Ms. Col received her J.D. from Seton Hall School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University. She also attended New York University where she studied U.S. Tax Law. Ms. Col is admitted to practice law in New York and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She speaks Portuguese and Spanish.
Marcella B. Marucci

Ms. Marucci received her J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law, an M.S. in International Law and Global Affairs from New York University, and a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University. She has over twelve years of immigration law experience and focuses on employment-based and family-based immigration, including consular practice.

Ms. Marucci is a trained mediator, having completed the New York Peace Institute’s Mediation Apprenticeship Program approved by New York State’s Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Court Improvement Programs. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the New York City Bar Association and serves as a Co-Chair of the Immigration Law Committee of the New York Women’s Bar Association.
Born in Italy to Italian and Brazilian parents, Ms. Marucci is passionate about advocating for the rights of immigrants. She speaks Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian, is an avid animal welfare advocate, and volunteers on the Animal Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
