Sonia V. Col

Managing Partner

Ms. Col founded the firm in 1982 and since then has been representing corporate clients in immigration compliance matters as well as foreign nationals seeking entry to the United States for employment. She has dedicated her career to immigration law and has amassed an impressive track record of results for her clients, building her reputation on skilled representation, trust, superior service, and an unwavering commitment to results.

Ms. Col received her J.D. from Seton Hall School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University. She also attended New York University where she studied U.S. Tax Law. Ms. Col is admitted to practice law in New York and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She speaks Portuguese and Spanish.

Marcella B. Marucci

Associate

Ms. Marucci received her J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law, an M.S. in Global Affairs from New York University, and a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University. Her focus is on employment and family-based immigration, including consular practice.

Ms. Marucci is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the New York City Bar Association (City Bar), and the New York Women’s Bar Association (NYWBA).

She is a volunteer co-chair of the Immigration Law Committee of the NYWBA and a volunteer member of the City Bar’s Animal Law Committee. Ms. Marucci speaks Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian.
