In March 2018, USCIS began testing a new program for scheduling InfoPass appointments at local USCIS Field Offices. This new program, The Information Services Modernization Program (InfoMod), requires individuals or their attorneys to schedule InfoPass appointments by contacting the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283. This system replaces being able to schedule InfoPass appointment online or walking into a USCIS Field Office to request an appointment. USCIS expects that all field offices will have transitioned to the new scheduling system by September 30, 2019.
